SceneToDrama is a discovery platform. We do not host, stream, upload, or store any video content. Every play button on our site opens the original, publicly available upload on YouTube. SceneToDrama only indexes publicly visible metadata — titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and channel names — so that users can find dramas more easily.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content that you believe infringes your copyright and how we handle such reports.

SceneToDrama does not reproduce or distribute copyrighted videos. We link to them.

• We do not download, mirror, or re-encode any YouTube video.
• Our embedded player loads directly from YouTube's servers.
• If a YouTube uploader removes a video, SceneToDrama automatically marks it unavailable.
• We index only the public metadata YouTube makes available through its API.

Because we do not host the video, removing a link from SceneToDrama does not remove the video from YouTube. To remove the source, you should contact YouTube directly or the channel that uploaded the content.

If you believe that content linked from SceneToDrama infringes your copyright, you may send a takedown notice to our designated copyright agent at support@scenetodrama.com.

Your notice must include

• Your full name and contact information (email and postal address).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the specific SceneToDrama URL(s) you want removed.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

When we receive a valid takedown notice we will:

• Remove or disable access to the identified link from SceneToDrama.
• Notify the user who posted or linked the content where we can identify them.
• Keep a record of the notice for our records.

We may not be able to act on incomplete, unclear, or abusive notices. If your notice does not meet the requirements above, we will ask you to provide the missing information.

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by emailing support@scenetodrama.com.

Your counter-notice must include

• Your full name and contact information.
• The specific SceneToDrama URL(s) that were removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts (if in the United States) or your local competent court.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

After reviewing a valid counter-notice, we may restore the link unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action.

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of others' copyright.

Filing a false or misleading takedown notice may result in legal liability for damages. Please make sure you have a genuine claim before submitting a notice. If you are unsure whether content infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice first.

We aim to review and respond to copyright notices within 72 hours, though complex cases may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your notice.

We may update this DMCA/Copyright Policy from time to time. When we make meaningful changes we will update the "Last updated" date above.
