Terms of Service

SceneToDrama ("SceneToDrama", "we", "us", "our") is the seller of the SceneToDrama service.

By accessing or using SceneToDrama you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country) and, if you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Keep your password secure and never share it.
• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

SceneToDrama is a friendly place for drama fans. The following are not allowed:

• Adult or explicit sexual content
• Graphic violence
• Harassment or bullying
• Hate speech
• Spam
• Illegal content
• Sharing personal information about yourself or others
• Copyright infringement
• Impersonating other people
• Unmarked spoilers — please respect other fans

SceneToDrama does not host copyrighted videos. We only link to content that is already publicly available on YouTube. All copyrights belong to their respective owners.

YouTube videos belong to the creators who uploaded them. SceneToDrama only indexes publicly available information such as titles, thumbnails, and descriptions to make discovery easier.

You retain ownership of the comments, answers, and other content you post. By posting, you grant SceneToDrama a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content as part of the service.

• No scraping or automated data collection
• No automated abuse of the API or search
• No fake accounts
• No manipulating ratings, votes, or reputation
• No abusive behaviour toward other users or staff

SceneToDrama offers a paid Drama+ yearly membership and accepts optional donations. Prices, billing frequency, applicable taxes, and any renewal terms are shown on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase. Drama+ is a recurring subscription that automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or from your PayPal account under "Automatic payments". Cancellation stops future renewals; unless we tell you otherwise, you keep access to Drama+ benefits until the end of the current paid period.

Payment, billing, chargebacks and payment disputes are handled by PayPal under the PayPal User Agreement. Our own Refund Policy explains the money-back window we offer and how to request a refund.

We may suspend or terminate access to Drama+ features if a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, or if the account otherwise breaches these terms.

Payments are processed by PayPal. SceneToDrama is the seller of Drama+ memberships and is responsible for the service itself. PayPal is responsible for processing your payment and provides its own buyer protection and dispute resolution procedures.

We may suspend or terminate your access to SceneToDrama, in whole or in part, if you materially breach these terms, if a payment on your account fails or is reversed, if we reasonably believe there is a security or fraud risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously violate our community rules. Where practical we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix the issue. You can also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

SceneToDrama is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Because we link to third-party YouTube uploads, we cannot guarantee that any particular video remains available.

SceneToDrama is not responsible for the content, availability, or behaviour of third-party websites or services that we link to.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Please review the terms periodically.
