Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid purchases made on SceneToDrama, including Drama+ yearly memberships and donations.

Payments and subscription billing are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. or its regional affiliate ("PayPal"). SceneToDrama is the seller of Drama+ memberships and handles refund requests directly.

If you are not satisfied with your Drama+ membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. You do not need to give us a reason.

Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis (for example duplicate charges, technical issues that prevented you from using Drama+, or unauthorised transactions).

Drama+ is a yearly subscription that renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or from your PayPal account under "Automatic payments" — cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your Drama+ benefits active until the end of the current paid period.

If a renewal charge occurs and you contact us within 30 days of that renewal, we will normally issue a full refund of that renewal payment.

Donations are voluntary. If you donated by mistake or changed your mind, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the donation in full.

To request a refund, email us at support@scenetodrama.com from the email address you used at checkout. Please include the PayPal transaction ID if you have it — you can find it in the receipt PayPal emailed you at purchase.

Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal-linked payment method, usually within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

When a Drama+ refund is issued, the Drama+ membership benefits on your account (such as premium cosmetics and Drama+ features) are removed. Your SceneToDrama account itself remains active as a free account, and your community history is preserved unless you also choose to delete your account.

Chargebacks and payment reversals are treated the same way as a refund and may result in Drama+ benefits being removed and, in the case of fraud, the account being suspended.

Payments are processed by PayPal. SceneToDrama is the seller and is responsible for the Drama+ service and any refunds. PayPal is responsible for processing your payment and its own dispute resolution procedures.
